How to request the deletion of your account
Steps to Request Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your MemiApp account directly from within the app. Follow the steps below:

Log in to your account
Open app.memiapp.ph and sign in with your credentials.

Go to your Profile Settings
Navigate to your profile settings page from the app menu.

Request Account Deletion
In your profile settings, locate and select the option to request account deletion. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request.
What Happens Next
Once you submit a deletion request, your account and associated personal data will be scheduled for deletion. Please note:
Backups may persist for a limited time even after deletion. Certain records (such as billing records) may be retained as required by applicable law and standard accounting practices. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
